It has been created to expand the repertoire of Pilates exercises. It is a tool with a soft and pleasant touch, which adapts to the method's equipment perfectly.
Thus, it can be connected to both the Reformer and Cadillac, Wall Units, to practice Pilates Studio-Machines, and even for Pilates Mat-Floor exercises.
It is also light, manageable and takes up little space, making it easy to store.
This tool provides more freedom and range of movement, since it adapts to the contour of the body and allows you to add new circular exercises that expand mobility, as well as variants of some traditional ones.
The Arkus facilitates the expansion of the rib cage, thereby reducing pressure in this area, making work more efficient and safer, and facilitating the incorporation of hypopressive exercises. Among other things, it helps control the positioning of the spine with a tendency to be in continuous flexion, which shortens the pectoral area.

Shipping information
Free Shipping - what does this mean
All of the Elina Pilates products which are considered bulky items will be delivered to the closest freight depot to your nominated address free of charge. You will be required to collect or co-ordinate the collection of bulky items from the freight depot. Our logistics / delivery team will provide you with tracking information that will allow you to see the status of your item and when it will arrive for collection.
For smaller items that can be sent via courier, our couriers will only deliver to a street address and will not assist in taking your products inside, up stairs or assembling your product. If you require further assistance with an assisted delivery or with setup and installation please let us know and we can arrange this for you (at additional cost)
Product packaging - how do the products arrive
All of the Reformers and larger items such as Ladder Barrels, Cadillacs etc will be delivered on a pallet to your nominated depot address. Smaller items will be delivered in small boxes. You will need to take care of the disposal of the packaging once the products are unpacked.
Delivery Timeline
All products that are in stock and where the invoice has been paid in full will be dispatched from our warehouse within a timeframe of 24-48 hours. Once a shipment has been booked you will be emailed a copy of your tax invoice for the product/s purchased along with the tracking information for the FREE delivery of your goods to the local depot that you have nominated when placing your order - which is based on your delivery address provided.

Am I able to return my product for a refund
Generally we do not accept full returns on product purchased unless there are exceptional circumstances. Any products that are accepted for return would need to be unopened in original packaging and the costs to return would be your responsibility.
