The Cadillac Reformer is made of premium American rock maple wood. Very resistant.All metal parts in stainless steel and anodized aluminum. Bed upholstered in leather of very long durability, specially developed for our products. High density EVA foam padding, very comfortable, ideal for Pilates. Complies with environmental regulations.
The Cadillac includes:
- Double mat to completely cover the surface.
- 2 horizontal and vertical sliding bars with quick adjustment system.
- Foot support mat.
- Adjustable fastening strap.
- Wooden trapeze bar with padded protection, with covered springs for greater safety and stabilizer belt.
- Springs: 2 short light (yellow), 2 short medium (green), 2 light long (yellow) and 2 medium long (green).
- Roll - down bar in solid beech wood.
- 1 pair of Fuzzies grips, very soft.
The Reformer includes:
- Stainless steel towers with hooks. Easier exercises from outside of the unit. Easily removable.
- Pulley bars with height change and removable quick-release system .
- Adjustable headrest in 3 positions.
- Removable shoulder pads .
- Removable quick-release pulley bars with height change.
- 1 set of pulley ropes.
- Adjustable foot bar in 4 positions.
- Push bar adjustable in 4 heights.
- 1 push bar safety strap.
- Bed Springs: 2 light (yellow), 2 medium (green), 2 strong (red).
- A cotton handles: 1 set of double handles for hands and feet, 1 set of single handles for feet and 1 set of padded handles.
- Adjustable foot strap.
- Includes the jump table and the box.

Shipping information
Free Shipping - what does this mean
All of the Elina Pilates products which are considered bulky items will be delivered to the closest freight depot to your nominated address free of charge. You will be required to collect or co-ordinate the collection of bulky items from the freight depot. Our logistics / delivery team will provide you with tracking information that will allow you to see the status of your item and when it will arrive for collection.
For smaller items that can be sent via courier, our couriers will only deliver to a street address and will not assist in taking your products inside, up stairs or assembling your product. If you require further assistance with an assisted delivery or with setup and installation please let us know and we can arrange this for you (at additional cost)
Product packaging - how do the products arrive
All of the Reformers and larger items such as Ladder Barrels, Cadillacs etc will be delivered on a pallet to your nominated depot address. Smaller items will be delivered in small boxes. You will need to take care of the disposal of the packaging once the products are unpacked.
Delivery Timeline
All products that are in stock and where the invoice has been paid in full will be dispatched from our warehouse within a timeframe of 24-48 hours. Once a shipment has been booked you will be emailed a copy of your tax invoice for the product/s purchased along with the tracking information for the FREE delivery of your goods to the local depot that you have nominated when placing your order - which is based on your delivery address provided.

How do I get assistance with any issues

Am I able to return my product for a refund
Generally we do not accept full returns on product purchased unless there are exceptional circumstances. Any products that are accepted for return would need to be unopened in original packaging and the costs to return would be your responsibility. If you have any issues with our products and do need to discuss a return please reach out to us to discuss.
