Hire Pricing & Terms
$69 per week with a 12-week minimum hire. A $400 refundable security bond and $110 one-off delivery fee apply. Payment is made prior to delivery.

What's Included with Your Hire
Your Wood Fold Reformer rental comes fully equipped for a complete Pilates workout from day one. Included: foldable reformer frame and carriage, five precision springs (2 green low resistance, 1 yellow medium, 2 red high resistance), padded shoulder rests, jump board, padded foot platform, hand straps and double-loop hand and foot straps, ropes, retractable cord storage, and transport wheels. Delivery, professional installation, and end-of-hire pick-up are all included.

The Wood Fold Reformer is built from American maple wood with a waterproof varnish finish — a premium machine designed for home use without compromising on studio-grade performance. Its patented folding system keeps the two halves perfectly aligned when unfolded, eliminating the gap that develops in most foldable reformers over time. The carriage runs on eight polyurethane wheels with high-precision bearings for smooth, ultra-quiet movement. When you're finished, the whole unit folds down and stores upright. Delivery & Installation
Your Wood Fold Reformer is delivered and professionally installed in your home by the Elina Pilates team, typically within 14 days of booking. We'll set it up in your preferred space and make sure it's ready for immediate use. Delivery is available across selected metro areas in Australia. Please note: delivery is to single-level homes only due to the size and weight of the equipment.
Returns
If you decide not to continue your hire, submit a Rental Return Request form and the team will arrange collection from your home. Equipment must be collected from the original delivery address. If you're planning to move, contact the team before relocating your reformer. Additional fees may apply for collections outside designated service areas.

Shipping information
Free Shipping - what does this mean
All of the Elina Pilates products which are considered bulky items will be delivered to the closest freight depot to your nominated address free of charge. You will be required to collect or co-ordinate the collection of bulky items from the freight depot. Our logistics / delivery team will provide you with tracking information that will allow you to see the status of your item and when it will arrive for collection.
For smaller items that can be sent via courier, our couriers will only deliver to a street address and will not assist in taking your products inside, up stairs or assembling your product. If you require further assistance with an assisted delivery or with setup and installation please let us know and we can arrange this for you (at additional cost)
Product packaging - how do the products arrive
All of the Reformers and larger items such as Ladder Barrels, Cadillacs etc will be delivered on a pallet to your nominated depot address. Smaller items will be delivered in small boxes. You will need to take care of the disposal of the packaging once the products are unpacked.
Delivery Timeline
All products that are in stock and where the invoice has been paid in full will be dispatched from our warehouse within a timeframe of 24-48 hours. Once a shipment has been booked you will be emailed a copy of your tax invoice for the product/s purchased along with the tracking information for the FREE delivery of your goods to the local depot that you have nominated when placing your order - which is based on your delivery address provided.

How do I get assistance with any issues

Am I able to return my product for a refund
Generally we do not accept full returns on product purchased unless there are exceptional circumstances. Any products that are accepted for return would need to be unopened in original packaging and the costs to return would be your responsibility. If you have any issues with our products and do need to discuss a return please reach out to us to discuss.
